Embedded Main Window Support

Another new feature introduced in skim 1.3.0: embeding Main Window into the KDE panel (kicker). This screenshot was created from two separately taken screenshots. The upper one is the default appearance: the move handle and the extension button is hidden unless the mouse is moved into its area. The bottom one demonstrates what you will see if you move in your mouse there.
