User privileges and template file bugs are fixed
Just discovered that self-registered users do not have enough privileges to add comments and use the top two options in their Account toolbox on the right. These have been fixed.
These bugs prevented self-registered users from modifying their own information and password. What's more, even after they logged in, they still could not leave comments to any pages in this site.
Now all known issues should have been fixed.
