General Information
This document describes the details of the the xmlarea WYSIWYG Editor employed in this site. This editor can be used when you edit the intro or body fields (and any other XML fields) of a document. We'd like to express our appreciation to STEPHEN COLLINGS who makes this wonderful open source editor for eZ publish.
Before we start to look at the toolbar which is available when you click an XML field, please bear in mind that the WYSIWYG editor does its best to mimic the exact appearance of the webpage after you actually publish it. However, due to limited flexibilities, the mimic is by no means complete : there are differences between the format you see in the editor and its published one. Please consult the page displayed after you click the "Preview" button: it is exactly what you will have after publishing.

As we can see in the above screenshot, the toolbar is displayed on the top of the page, in contrary to being attached to the text editor. From the left to right, we have 32 tools available which are divided into 7 sections:
