Use tone

Allows the user to select the tone for each character. The tone is specified using:

(scim-pinyin >= 0.5.90) /

(scim-pinyin < 0.5.90), where n is 1 to 5: 1st tone, 2nd tone, 3rd tone, 4th tone, and neutral tone.
