UIM
Uim is a multilingual input method library whose goal is to provide secure and useful input method for all languages.
scim-hangul
Scim-hangul is a SCIM IMEngine module for inputing korean scripts. Scim-hangul is for native speakers, not for foreigners. If you don't want to learn korean keyboard layout, use scim-table.
KIMToy
KIMToy is an input method frontend for KDE. It is an alternative to kimpanel plasmoid. KIMToy uses the same dbus ipc specification as kimpanel, say org.kde.impanel, so where kimpanel works, where KIMToy works.
KIMToy is a standalone application, has no dependence on plasma, so it won\'t make your whole desktop unstable.
