kmfl-0.9.1 released

A bug-fix release. 64bit compatibility. New installation packages for various distros.

This is largely a bug-fix release. "tar.gz archives" are available for Ubuntu Dapper, Breezy, SuSE 10.0 and Mandriva 2006.0 containing all the packages needed to run kmfl/scim. The archive for Breezy also contains scim-1.4.4 packages since Breezy only has scim-1.0.2. An install script is also available as part of each archive to simplify the installation of kmfl/scim on each distro. At the option of the user, the install script also sets up the correct environment to start SCIM when a logs into X. The script sets the default GTK immodule to be xim because of problems people have been having with the SCIM GTK immodule, especially on Ubuntu Breezy with Firefox 1.5 and because OpenOffice 2.0 Writer does not work with KMFL when the default GTK immodule is scim.
