Overview of the available options in skim

All settings can be modified/viewed in the configure dialog, which can be activated by right clicking the Main Toobar or the icon in the system tray, and selecting

. Some of the GUI options for skim can also be adjusted on-the-fly.

Main Toolbar (Main Window) settings

Auto Snap

When enabled, the Main Window will always be besides the left or right border of the screen.

Aways Show

Show Main Window all the time. When checked, even if no input method is selected, the Main Window remains on the screen. The spinbox beside this option is

: After this timeout (in seconds) has eclapsed, Main Window will be hidden. This option is only valid when "Always Show" is enabled. If the timeout is set to zero then the "Always Show" option will be disabled.

Show input method name

This option will show the name of the current input method. If disabled, only the input method icon will be displayed.
